Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift voucher terms:

• Gift vouchers are only available as E-vouchers sent via email. 

• You will receive two emails, One is a receipt of purchase, the other is the download for the E-voucher, please download this immediately and save it or print it. Keep the voucher safe as the download link will expire after 24 hours.

• Gift vouchers can be used as part payment towards a more expensive service upon payment of the difference.

• Gift vouchers can be redeemable against any of the following services: bridal trials, special occasion hair & makeup services, or makeup lessons. 

• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against wedding day services.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are not transferable.

• Jessica Hawkins Makeup is under no liability to replace or refund lost or stolen vouchers. 

• Please note travel charges may still apply.

Booking Your Makeup Lesson 

• You will need to email Jessica to schedule your makeup lesson.

• After the date has been set for the makeup lesson it can be changed once if Jessica is informed with more than 48 hour’s notice.

• Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
